How do the shoes come presented?

Shoes are presented in a drawstring material giftbag bag with an ribbon tie and they make an ideal gift.

I’ve ordered the wrong size can I exchange them?

If for any reason you would like to return your shoes, we offer a hassle free returns policy for exchange or a full refund excluding postage. Please return unworn shoes enclosing receipt within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange them for a different design or size.

My shoes haven’t arrived what should i do??

Don’t worry if your shoes havent arrived within 14 days let us know and we will contact Royal Mail and file a lost parcel claim and send out another pair to you asap!
